Connecting Phone to Stereo

Featured Replies

My CD changer has finally died. I have a blackberry 8310 which I have a 16GB card in which has most of my music on it. What I am wondering is there a way of connecting it to the std stereo. I was going to use the 3.5mm jack out put on the phone. I have tried the FM transmitter units but I keep getting interference from the phone.

What about a parrot, will that play your music and give you handsfree?

Mmmm not sure. I have a parrot car kit. Will try and see it that works. Not sure it supports Bluetooth Stereo A2DP. It is only a 3100 kit, fairly basic but works well.

Had a look at the parrot kits and yes some play music but use their own internal amp which is a weedy 30 watts.

I guess it looks as if I have to get a new head unit.
