Good independent sky engineers manchester

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Can anyone recommend a good but cheap Sky engineer in Manchester, so run a second cable from my dish to my newly acquired Sky + box??

Cheers

Huw

do it yourself, its super easy.

simply run a satalite coax cable from the dish to the box and the ends are very very easy to do, they simply screw on. strip about half an inch of outer sheathing off and neatly fold the back over the outer sheathing making sure its not all plated and lumpy and cut away the inner support(be it foam or plastic) then screw the connector onto the cable and trim the inner core to length. its super easy. the LNB has the same connection as the box and the cable just screws onto it

once you've put the cable in place and connected the box up just phone sky and get it setup as they need to register the box and card together with your account but they will talk you through how to get all the info they require :)

i might even have a couple connectors left from when ours got installed i will happily post to you
