Value of VRS

Featured Replies

Having been looking around for another VRS all I find are overprced examples. Anything priced properly seems to sell within 48 hours!

I am not stupid and wont pay over the odds, as are most people.

I bought mine brand new for £12100 in red with sunroof, ESP, cruise and extra headrest in 05. Sold it for £8000 Oct 07 after having Angel tuning remap and Full leather (not just dealer fit).

I know the book value is now around £5000 so I did OK, but all the cars for sale now are still well expensive , some still ask 8 grand for cars nowhere near as well specced:eek:

We know they sit around for ages. People gradually realise and come down massivly...if they need to sell.

When will people wake up?

I think the prices are low - its kindov heartbreaking tbh :(

I agree that the prices are all over the place at the moment,i saw a 05 54 plate ex skoda uk plus one owner fabia vrs with 35000 miles go for £4950 at manheim auctions washington last week, was a good straight original car.

Agreed, they are all over the place.

I sold mine at book price, I was asking to much at first and of course it never sold until I reduced it.
