Uninterested, apathetic and generally miserable.

I agree with John..

When searching the market for a Furby VRS, I actually checked out Derek Slack as they're my local garage, being from Middlesbrough myself.. I personally didn't rate their sales team at all, not budging for cash on what was quite a high mileage car. Didn't care for my businss for the sake of about £500 off the sale price. Thus, I went elsewhere, next door in fact, to Evans Halshaw, who were more than happy to do a good deal, on a better VRS for far less money!

I've since used DS for spare parts and they are good for holding a decent stock of parts, but the initial experience put me right off all together. I wouldn't exactly say they're knowledgeable either.

Think next time I'll try the Skoda dealership over in Darlington, just off the new bypass road on the way into the town centre.
