Getting an error where firefox stops loading pages for a few minutes and just errors. Trying IE7 also fails to load pages. Also trying some random major web URLs also fails.

But strangely other stuff using the net works as normal, so I know it's not a router/wifi/DNS issue.

Had similar when foreign servers were down - Russia for example in the past.

Any idea of a fix, or simply grin and bare it?

Not sure why it only affects browsers, yet the news ticker and other stuff running HTTP is working fine. Firewalls dont seem to be the cause either, as temp disabled when it happened

If it is what I said then you just have to 'grin and bare :eek: it'.

And, again, if it is what I said it should soon be resolved.

I get this sometimes as well as my net can only work with firefox, sometimes it I have to log off and log back on again.
