Looking at the Price Guide posted here - http://briskoda.net/octavia-ii/octavia-facelift-prices/129890/ I'm confused!

The 4x4 and Scout both share the same 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TDI PD engines.

With the 1.8 TSI both have a RFL value of £170

Yet for the 2.0 TDI PD the RFL for the 4x4 is listed £145, while for the Scout it's jumped to £170

Isn't the RFL now based on emisions?

Or am I being a bit thick here and have missed the blatantly obvious?

After dropping a wodge on the Outback for a new battery only for the tailgate issues to immediately recur and funnily enough for a internet search to suddenly (wasn't before) flag that there is a persistent and long standing Subaru issue with a parasitic battery drain via the telematics module. Basically the car continually tries to phone home and drains the battery, the tailgate control module is acutely sensitive to voltage meaning that if the car has sat for more than a day (sometime less) th

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. In my Skoda Superb I recently had the warning light come on on the dash to warn me that I had some non-functioning light bulbs. All of the faulty bulbs have been replaced including both headlight bulbs. The warning light is still illuminated telling me that my left hand main beam is still faulty. Both headlights function as normal in both low and high beam. How can I get the warning light to extinguish? (all bulbs seem to be functioning correctly)

I bought a sportline flat bottom steering wheel but it was the heated version with the view button. I knew the airbag would have a bit of a gap but I didn’t like how it looked or felt overall. So I now have that for sale if anyone is interested. I am on the hunt for a round leather steering wheel. Version with phone button not view button, but with the DSG paddles. If anyone can point me in the direction of the correct part number or even if you have one for sale please let me know!
