wheel offset of et50???? will i get away with it?

Featured Replies

the vrs alloys are et38 right?

so if i buy some with an et of 50, they will fgit too far in, is that right? and anyone know by hopw much?

also there 18'' and 8j, i recon they will hit the shocks, but can i get them to fit(if the above is right) with spacers????

thanks

Alan

That offset is too high. You would need spacers to correct that.

thought as much anyone have any idea how big the spacers would have to be?

i normally wouldn't bother, but i've found a set of alloys i'm after in that size, and they are rare as now, so probably wond get a set with et35/38 etc.

If I understand it right you will need a minimum of a 12mm spacer

15mm should be ideal.

cheers guys! :)

why not just buy wheels that fit properly?

What wheels have you been looking at?

Subaru with that offset?

like i said the wheels that i'm looking at are quite rare, plus there in great nick and a frickin bargain!!! lets just say at the moment that they are lightweight.

wouldn't want to say anymore as i think there would be a few people after them.

I would space them out 20mm then at least you can do it properly.

I have et45 that fits perfect in the arch with my 18's. I would have though spacing of around 10mm would be good enough.

so mate when do we get to see these rims?

go on show us lol
