Hi guys, im just wondering how easy is it to change from the standard green dash color to the volkswagon blue.... is it just bulbs or what exactly is in behind it? Also while your at it can you change the colors of the other lights like the electric windows, electric mirror etc....

It's a lengthy process which involves swapping lots of small LED's. Most people seem to opt to change the dash cluster/climatronic panel/radio for VW units and then change the LED's in the various dash switched. There's a guide on doing it somewhere if you do a search. It's certainly not a 5 minute job, and not for the faint hearted.

Hmmmm, to be honest i dont think i would try it myself, but if its not a crazy difficult thing to do i think i might see if i can find someone willing...... getting kinda sick of the green considering every other light is blue

iv jus bought some for mine on ebay , i jus typed in dash board led, got 10 for 7.99 buy it now, but been told tht u only need 5 to swap green lights to blue leds which iv gone for
