iMovie

I am using iMovie on my mac to capture some video from my miniDV camcorder.

I have done this and now wish to save the movies and put several on one disk toplay via my dvd player on my tv.

I was hopeing to use Divx as my player can read these straight from disk but after my first attempt i am not too impressed with the final quality.

Any suggestions as to what settings i should be using to achieve the best results??
