Hi

This is my first post on this forum but ive been browsing for a while.

Problem, our 02 fabias wipers have paked up today. The fuse in the box (by the drivers door) is ok. Is there another fuse anywhere or can any one offer me any other advice before I try a garage.

Thanks:confused:

Hi couchie and welcome :)

Did they just pack up or have they been stuttering at all? Only ask because the wipers seized in my old car (a Seat Toledo) and went suprisingly quickly from working to stuck.

More likely something else however.

Check your bonnet is closed properly.

Did you check the correct fuse?, as the diagram in the handbook is for left hand drive and will be a mirror image of youre fuse box.

Hi.

Bit late sorry.

problem solved, after reading the replies i recheked the fuses. The handbook was confusing me. It turned out I was after fuse 15 not 41. Both mentioned wipers, but being me (& a bloke) I didn't look at the whole list, just ploughed on in there.

Thanks for the replies, it got me to take a second look.

couchie.:)
