I'm looking for a new spare key for my Felicia. Thing is do they have transponders in them? My wife's Fabia2 does obviously but i've opened up my only key for the Felicia and cant se anything that looks like one.

Can you advise that it in fact has a transponder in it? maybe the small black box bottom right of the spring?

yes probably the black box is the transponder for immobiliser.

I took it in to my local locksmith and he got one in for me.

There is a badge on it saying "JMA" and a code on the back saying "HU-HAA.P"
