cup holders / handbrake

Featured Replies

why oh why oh why are they the wrong way round. I know its probably due to the conversion from LHD put my passat ones are the opposite way round !

has anyone worked out how to put a bottle of water in the cup holders and NOT bang your arm on it everytime you go round a corner and move your arm/elbow ?

goo d job I have a DSG as at leat i dont have to change gear around the bottle !!

I would have thought they could have consulted McDonalds and designed the cup holders to so that two cups of coffees fitted without squashing each other. The Mk1 Superbs ones were perfect

It's a shame Skoda was too lazy/stingy to reverse the handbrake position for RHD drive Superb II's. They bothered making the swap with the Octy II, so why not do the same for a newer and more upmarket model?

VW have also been lazy with the RHD Mk 6 Golf which also has the handbrake on the passenger side of the vehicle.

"Spoiling the ship for a ha'peth of tar" springs to mind!

Plus the round hole between the two large ones is good for the Red Bull cans!!!
