Alloy wheel referb and recolour

Featured Replies

I have a little bit of curb damage to my alloys and would like to get them properly repaired. Not only that, but I would also like to get them recoloured to either dark anthracite or black.

I have no idea though how to go about this. Would the wheels need to be stripped back fully first? If so, what type of company does this? I know a lot of people get their wheels powder coated, but doesn't this weaken the alloys and chip off really easily? Is there another, more highly rated, re-colouring process?

I am in the Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton area, if anyone has had theirs done down here and have any recommendations, please let me know.

These guys are supposed to be excellent

Thanks for the link, its a bit too far for me to travel though. After a bit of searching on the web I have found a local firm call Alloy Magic in Poole. Any one heard of them? Have any reviews?
