Power cable trough firewall

Featured Replies

Hi,

For several weeks now I'm trying to install an amplified sub woofer from pioneer. And everything just works out fine, but I just can not find a place to get the power cable troug the firewall.

It should be behind the battery box. But I can not find it (the car is black which doesn't make the job easier). Does someone have detailed information preferable with some clear pictures as of where I can feed my power cable trough the firewall?

Thanks!

Hmm... There should be at least two places to get the cable through the firewall. One is behind the glovebox and the other should be just behind the clutch pedal.

These are from the LHD car, but I'd presume the same holes are in the RHD car also?

In the end I let the pro's handle this one. They took the power from the fusebox, so no need for to get the powercable trough te firewall...

I myself modified the storage compartimentlid so that it could be closed whithout losing the sound.

Because pictures tell more than a 1000 words:
