arb's and links - which ones?

hi guys,

the suns shining, its warm and springs so close. its all good...

except the knocking from my front end has finally driven me mad, and its now time to replace the arb bushes and drop links.

i've been reading numerous posts about them but am totally confused which ones to get.

is it worth me going to my local gsf for the parts, or to my nearest skoda dealer and paying double?
