Hi, I am not good at car. I have a 2000 fabia and just serviced and did MOT yesterday.

But since then, it seems the left meter always dispay the mpg figure instead of the previous time/ temperature. Is there something wrong with that?

There is nothing wrong, use the rocker switch in the end of the wiper stalk to change it back.

I have the classic trim level.. any way of getting the dash to report mpg figures? or is this only on a higher trim?

Will. Does your car have a rocker switch on the end of the wiper stalk, and a pushbutton labelled "RESET" on the underside? If not, then even if you can upgrade the software to get the readouts, you'll still need a new indicator stalk, and probably wiring to operate it.

Hmmmmm! Looks like a bigger project than I expected.. possibly a summer project then!
