Floor Mats

Featured Replies

I desparately need some floor mats!!

They must have the fixings because I can't abide mats that move around and preferably will be VRS mats (as from the dealer) but I'm open to suggestions.

Primarily they need to be less than the £70 I've been quoted from a mat manufacturer, when can I get them cheap?

£70? I bought a full set of genuine vRS mats, with fixings, from my dealer last year for £38

see here: ?koda Accessories

I like my rubber mats, they cope with mud and dirt much better than carpets (bought from the dealer when I bought the vRS new).

Another vote for the Skoda rubber mats, cheap for the quality and very very practical. Not pretty but an excellent fit.

I have ordered the VRS mats from the dealer. When I askes a couple of weeks ago they quoted me £51. When I gave them a part number today they miraculously got cheaper, £37.19

I bought a set of heavy black carpets from Lidl for £5 and cut the driver's one to fit with a sharp knife. Unless you go down on your hands and knees you can't tell, it's not fraying, it doesn't move and it looks fine. If you make a hash of it you've lost £5, if not you've saved plenty!

One more vote for the the Skoda rubber mats, paid £25 last Saturday for them. Better than the shi*te mats the lease company gave me.

I've got a set that's going spare if anyone wants to make me an offer. They've got the vRS logo on them but they were off fleabay so I don't think they're genuine. They're not the same as the ones in my curent vRS anyway...PM if you're interested. Please note they are USED but still good.
