Service indicator reset?

My Octy had a variable service yesterday - dealer ticked the box which says "service indicator reset."

So far so good - when I check it with ignition on & trip reset button held down etc. all I get is "----" and a spanner.

Does it take a while to give a mileage figure or has my dealer screwed up? :confused:

It will take a while to configure :) But dealers do screw up at times, see how it goes :)

Yes - thought that may be the case. The service was fine so thought they were unlikely to get the indicator reset wrong...:D

Just keep an eye on it as I am convinced my dealer "got it wrong" last time :)

its still learning, it will take a few days possibly a week for it to start a countdown. Mine was the same when I checked a day or so after but its ok now.
