does anyone have a link to any accessories that will protect the upper surface of an octy estate bumper as any thing heavy or awkward in/out of the boot has potential to gouge the bumper upper surface :confused:

Just carry a blanket in the boot to cover bumper when putting stuff in.

I have just purchased a used Octy II estate and it has suffered from a few scuffs on the upper bumper surface. Having spent the last few days reserching this I found the following parts on the German Milotec website.

Part numbers in hand I emailed the UK Importer of Milotec and found out they stock / can order pretty much anything from Milotec in Germany. They are Road and Sports Developments on 01327 706445 (Trish) or Milotec Auto-Extras in the UK 2008. Available in carbon or silver finish and also available for the hatch and non-vRS models too.

Not cheap at about £55-60 delivered, but better than paying for a Smart repair several times over !! I have a carbon one on order - fingers crossed that it looks and feels the part cos the wife thinks I am nuts spending that sort of money !
