Hello does anyone know where the best place to get a spark plug tap is and also what size it is.

For a 2002 2.0 8v octavia.

If you get one of the spark plugs and grind a groove down either side of the thead, that will be as good

as a tap

use plenty of grease to keep swarf out of the bores

Thanks anybody know where to get the correct tap though,

not to sure about doing it with a plug.

Standard spark plug thread is M14 x 1.25.
