Hi, just looking at new and 2nd hand Octavia IIs here in Australia. How can I tell if the car has the maxidot display fitted? I'd like to retrofit satnav etc later and it seems the Maxidot is needed/useful for this and other reasons.

I had a quick search through this site but couldn't find anything.

no probs, i for one will recommend a maxidot bluetooth phone kits are also available if you search this forum, certainly another thing i would recommend

All the Australian cars have them..they are standard fitment here not an option.
