Why can't I print web pages on Mozilla pls?

Featured Replies

I have a quite recent HP printer. To print web pages, I either have to revert to IE (prints fine) or have to copy pages to Word or Excel. Nothing happens when pressing print button or Ctrl-P using Mozilla

Sorry if numpty.

That does not sound right at all, I use FF all the time as it tends to print pages properly unlike IE?

Is the option available on your 'File' menu?

Also, what is the printer that comes up - it is possible that your windows default printer is or was set to a software printer like Microsoft XPS Document Writer for example.

If you go to the printers, make sure your default printer is the right one, or right-click and 'set to default' on your new one just to make sure :)

Hope that helps a little in troubleshooting :)

:) Using the File menu option, it was indeed not showing the correct printer as the first option.

Now it is and printer is printing

I thank you.

No worries, glad it is working
