film

In China ,folks like to stick anti-uv film in windshield when they get a new car! how about it in your country?

It's not a common mod here, at least not with UV film on the windscreen and front side windows. Of course, whilst I think both nations go roughly as far North (roughly Lat 60N?) I'm pretty sure the South of China is further South, which would make UV film more worthwhile.

What is quite popular here is very dark (maybe 30% transmission) film in the windows behind the driver (rear doors, rear window, and the fixed boot side window in an estate [like my avatar picture]).

No it isn't. It's just illegal to use anything less than 80% transmittance.
