Does anybody know how you could fit KERS onto a vRS?

I'm thinking of using an old Milkfloat battery (colour-coded of course). As it will make my (F)abia (U)nique, I'm thinking of calling it FUKERS...

I doubt there is enough space to mount anything. Where you attach it to as its FWD? Interesting project though.

You're a day early!

You can get a complete KERS from the company called WAN.;)

Serious answer (well relatively anyway) - accumulator-based KERS systems need serious cooling, and use cutting (if not actually bleeding) edge Lithium Ion, metal hydride and similar technologies. The nickel cells in the Toyota Pious aren't up to F1 requirements (too low an energy density, too slow to charge and discharge).

On average the cars with kers didn't do aswell as the cars without kers in oz(F1)
