Hi ive been looking at putting this in my car:

Has anyone fitted this to thier car? Also can you tell me how easy it is to fit and also if i can somehow plug it in the changer in the boot as opposed to taking stereo out to fit it.

The stereo i have is quite a good standard one, think its a stream but it doesnt say it on it.

if its a stream mp 3 then make your own http://briskoda.net/ice-security-insurance/installing-my-mp3-kit-today/90871/ you could get a mobile phone holder that clips to the air vent and put it there so you can press the buttons or just chuck it in the cubby hole next to handbrake (like me) easy enough to get to to skips tracks.

no i just have the non mp3 stream.

Lookied at where it would plug in on back of stereo tonight and seem simple enough.

Just wanted someone who had already fitted it to their car for some advice to whether its as simple as it looks.

I bought one of these, absolute doddle to fit however, removed it and sent it back as it did not control my ipod as it said it would. don't waste your money on it
