driviving home this morning car flashed up with warning break failure stop immediately luckily was only 100 yards from home plugged into vag reader and only code i can find is 16565 which from my understanding is fuel temp sensor i to have a chip on there so have removed but need my car for work tonight any ideas as to the problem:confused:

Sounds like fluid or pad warning to me.

You didn't tell us that!

Yeah, it's probable. They're got pad wear warning sensors on the front IIRC, so it's probably got into those.

Perhaps VAG-COM will reveal exactly what's caused it?

to be honest i never thought it would affect it i wash it 3 times a week and has never done it before
