Thought id be cleaver and service my 2002 octavia vrs i was strugling to get the oil filter off so i pierced it with a screw driver and ended going stright into where the filter screws in and pierced a hole in it and the cooling systam water ended pooring out. any idea what this part is called and can be replaced or will i be able to patch it up with some weld paste the holes not what big but all the waters gone

please help
