Love it so far!!! Much quieter than the SX4 and ALL THAT ROOM in the boot! Must say it feels odd to be so close to the floor when driving after the Suzuki lol.

Just managed to work out how to display the mpg and it says 48.8 which I don't think is bad seeing as I came home in rush hour and it took me over an hour to do 22 miles! I only put £10 in when I picked it up as the fuel was more expensive than my local stations and I have 90 miles left apparently, I think it must have been running on fumes! Seems as if I have variable servicing thingy (technical I know sorry) as next service is showing in the book as 10/10/09 or 35252 miles, not quite sure how that works but I'm sure it will bleep at me at some point!

Has auto rain sensors cause they scared me to death halfway home when it came on , cruise control, climatronic heating, 6 cd changer but unfortunately the cd unit (in the front) won't play my mp3 disc :rotz: oh well!

Picked up my new NHS discounts book today and our local VW garage will service from £75 and I will get free MOTs for as long as I own it so that's handy!

My son has a 4x4 octavia and he loves it to bits........and as we found out it is fantastic in snow as well.
