mk4 one would i imagine but maybe not mk5.

thing to be aware of if this is on a ko3s is how big the IC will be as i though the that too big would introduce lag?

No mk5 will not fit and i don't think the mk4 will either. You also need the map sensor pipe. Very true about the lag part, don't get one too big as we only have little turbos also use as little pipe as possible to reduce losses.

I found quite a difference in torque and top end performance.

Hi, im planning on getting a stage 2 re-map at some point after the intercooler has gone on, iv seen the one on ebay for £195, doesnt seem to big. I need to get some prices on getting it fitted.

Where did you get the MAP sensor pipe? i assume that not included with the fittings in the package, iv seen one on the forge site

Any ideas on where to get it fitted?

Just ordered all the bits....need ideas for somewhere to get it fitted and then i can get some prices..is the tube hard to bend? Im a plumber so i know the basics but not got any benders that big lol

You should not need to bend any pipes, just cut some of them to length and put a bead around them to hold the silicone couplers on. I have no idea where you could get it fitted as its not a straight forward fit.

You should be able to manage if your a plumber.

well in that case, ill wip the bumber off and have a crack at it, looking forward to the results :) Ill give my self a full day at it...The only thing i was worried about is not being able to bend the pipes tbh.

Well you wont need to bend any just cut and bead. I presume you have seen oggy's thread on his fmic? this should give you an idea of where each pipe fits and he has the same diameter pipe work as you. On my thread is a picture of a tool i made to put a bead on the pipes, if you don't have access to a proper tool.

would one of these fit a 1.4tdi :o
