what sorta boost should i be running, fitted a boost gauge and it goes to 2.5bar she is clean off the gauage, is this normal

1.9 BAR standard, but if your running 203BHP there's your problem. If it's the stock Turbo expect a loud bang soon

Usually about 1.3-1.4bar standard 1.5-1.6bar mapped standard turbo.

2.5Bar is stupid high for most turbos even up to 250bhp...

but she spikes, then slacks of to about 2.1, it is not a stock turbo

That kinda boost spike is still way too high for a hybrid really..

Your mapper needs to spend some more time on the overboost map within the EDC15 management system.

This is obviously just a personal oppinion of myself, but off the scale past 2.5bar on a hybrid spike is high to me..
