Airbag fault light

Featured Replies

I have the airbag fault light showing in my 2006 vrs.

From looking at previous posts it seems likely to be a connection under the seats that will be at fault.

Has anyone on here had experience of this recently? What will the likely cost of repair be and am i best going to skoda dealer for this?

Advice welcomed...

My wife's A3 had a similar fault.

Awesome GTi re-wired the loom to the seat, removing the connector which appears to be the root cause. since then, the light has not reappeared.

They charged an hours labour.

Audi wanted £1200 to replace the airbag module.
