no , he might help you when your not looking and wash , the cat/dog. bed ,carpet couch , or something electrical

id just get him an RAC one they about same price and a back up power washer if yours breaks

You can use a hose splitter, but this would reduce pressure available but probably no more than running two taps off the mains.
