Im thinking of getting my vrs remaped it is totaly standerd I have A few questions

1 Anyone had it done in north west area and if so where and what do you think is it worth doing ?

2 I have seen post saying JABBA Remap but they are in birmingham should I take a trip there?

3 I have a fault on the engine when i plug in vag it says (1 FAULT16502-ENGINE COOLANT TEMP SENSOR(G62)SIGNAL TOO HIGH P0118-35-00--) when I clear the fault it returns after i have driven the car a few times ?

4 will i need to get this fault sorted before i get the car remaped anyone know what it is i think its the thermostat ?

get the fault sorted before you remap - otherwise if the map goes wrong and throws up the MIL you might just assume its the coolant thingy and ignore it...

Are you going full RR remap, or generic postal remap?

i Think generic i want MORE:D power i have read about 225hp is poss

No need to quote post directly above when replying.

you wont see 225 unless you have supporting mods, any generic map that hits 225 will be at the cost of something breaking (like the turbo!)

wot do ya mean supporting mods ?

cat back exhaust, air filter etc
