First pics of my Fabia after Coilovers + a modified Focus

Featured Replies

Well, these are the first pics of my car after having AP coilovers fitted a few months ago.

In fact, this is the first time I have cleaned my car since then! So I spent 5 hours on it today, and yesterday was spent removing the adjusters at the back, as I put them back in and didn't like it.

Its been a difficult couple of months for me and Furby. It fell out of favour after somebody kicked the wing mirror off, and I felt we genuinely moved apart for a while (Am I sad?!). Didn't have time to spend on it with Uni exams and looking for jobs.

But after fitting a new mirror and giving it a goood clean inside and out I feel we can once again become good friends :o

So some pics with my sister's boyfriends Focus.

Nothing more planned for the Fabia except possibly getting the alloys done in Gunmetal, and a black front grille.

Other than that, getting it through its MOT on Friday and possibly a new clutch soon

Tell me what you think.

Yep , I like that a lot!

Focus bonnet bra looks gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

Looks clean -

Your rubbish at parking :D

focus looks soooo wrong, 5 door/car bra/RS alloys aren't a good mix.

yours looks alright though :)

i think that the octavia wheels suit the fabia much better than the fabia wheels though personally :)

this is my brothers focus that we are using for track days :D

Furby is looking really nice  I can only dream of getting my car looking that nice  Just a question on the bra thingy on the focus, what is and what does it do? I see a lot of Golfs with this on.

Correct me if i am wrong but i am sure they are to stop stone chips

the fabia looking good! speed bumps must be a bugger tho!

Anyone done it to a Furby?

I want one for mine but they only make a gimp mask.

Speed bumps arent too bad just take em slow which I did before anyway :)

Fabia = Win.

Focus = Fail.

Fabia looks nice

Focus on the other hand :thumbdwn:

Fabia looks superb, well done! Lowering certainly makes the world of difference, at least from an asthetic point of view...

For a furby sitting on standard wheels that looks really smart?!

Looks good

Nice to see one on std wheels running that ride height; don't see that very often.

It's amazing how clean wheels look bigger! They look awesome in this pic...

Very true actually - I'd swear they were 17s or 18s from that photo!

Steve

Looking great mate, nice work :)

Unfortunatly I found someone has rammed a trolley into the rear, and made a nice 5p size dent just at the bottom right hand side of the passenger side rear door, in the 3/4 panel down near the sill. Can this be taken out or not?

The fabia looks great! I do like the tints! A colour coded grille would make it look even greater IMHO. Not keen on the Focus thou.

with regards to the dent, should be able to find a company to pull it out? My neighbor reversed into the side of my old Megane and i had that pulled out?

Sorry to hear about you're carpark incident, hope the dents come out... The motor looks fantastic!

Yes , stunning looking car

So clean too......blimey you m ust have patience ;)
