What is the cheapest and most effective way of upgrading the tweeters in the octavia?

Any ideas.

Why do you just want to change the tweeters?

I have already put in a decent stereo and speakers, but the tweeters sound very high pitched and hollow?

I don't want to be putting in 6x9's on the back shelf, they look terrible.
