I looked at a 2007 petrol vRS yesterday at £10000.(independent garage) It was nice but didn't have climate or jumbo box and only had 17" alloys.

The one I'm going to look at today has these and 18's and that is also £10000.

They are both the same mileage. Which would you go for assuming I can get the notoriously tight fist-ed Skoda stealer to offer the same P/X

Seems a bit pricey to me, granted, mine was the bargain of the century - £7400 for a 2006 vRS black magic estate, 40k, jumbo box, 18's, climate etc, etc - but 10 large sounds a lot, IMHO.

You did get a bargain and i know there are cheaper vrs's out there but some of the p/x offers have been laughable! I finished up getting £4250 for my car which is booked at £3200

so it's like getting the car for 9 grand which I'm happy with from a main stealer
