vRS 09 face lift model ??

Featured Replies

Does any one here, know if the new 09 facelift version of th vRS will have the same 210 bhp engine as the Mk 6 Golf Gti and Seat Leon FR.

As far as I am aware, it will be the same engine that is in the VRS LE, the 2.0 TSI 200Bhp, as is found in the Scirocco.

Not 100% sure though, perhaps one of the dealers on here will know more.

No, it retains the same engine as before.

It will have the TSI not the TFSI engine with chaindriven cams (which is delivered since the interior facelifted VRS). Unfortunately it will be the 200HP version and not the 210HP version. (although I doubt that you will notice a 10HP difference ;) )

If people can notice a "performance" air filter, they will notice 10bhp. ;)

Thanks for your input guys.

Yes I think you'd notice an extra 10bhp, I notice a difference with the Millers fuel supplement and Shell V Power.
