Has anyone had this problem? My gear stick is very wobbly and I cant get it to go into 1st or reverse gear.

Check the rubber "UJ" in the gear linkage (Item 29 on page 7A.3 of Haynes 4279).

I assume you have a 5 speed transmission.

Can anyone tell me what kind of gear linkage setup there is on the superb from the gear stick to the gearbox and if there is any adjustment that can be done on these ?
