Low Pressure Service Port

Featured Replies

Looking for a point in the right direction for the Low Pressure Service Port for the A/C system on my 2002 Octavia vRS as I got one of can things given to me:thumbup:

A/C aint cold cold but its coldish so thought I would give it a go.

So any pointers or piccys will be gratefully recieved:D

Thanks for reading

Did mine a couple of weeks ago, there is a black cap on an aluminium looking pipe in the bottom left of the engine bay (by the headlight)

I believe the cap has an L on it (Low pressure side)

I assume you were given the pipe with the guage as well........

I was told to make sure the engine is running, and the aircon is on full before starting

take the black cap off, and put the guage (and the can) onto the valve in the engine bay

Shake the can as you are spraying it (slightly, obviously) and when the needle of the guage is halfway into the blue on the guage, you are done

Thats what mine did, and is now nice and cold.....
