Hungry head unit.

Featured Replies

My head unit appears to want to eat CDs in the front loader slot. The CD pops out about a couple of millimetres then shoots back in. Takes a few ejects before I can get the CD out. Looks like another trip to the garage. Perhaps they can sort out the rain sensor as well which believes that a completely obscured windscreen is what every driver needs when driving at 60 mph.

Ref the sensor, ensure the sensor area is clean. I mean really clean. Use some vinegar on that area, and dont use any water repelling stuff as this confuses the sensor.

EDIT - also check the sensitivity on the wiper stalk isnt set too low.

Thanks Gadgetman. The sensitivity is on the maximum setting but it is still lazy.
