Aldi bluetooth/MP3 CD radios....

Featured Replies

Has anyone fitted one of the bluetooth MP3 CD radios they sell at Aldi? Tevion is the name on the unit I think.

I was thinking of getting one for my Fabia. I currently have a Symphomy unit with a 6CD autochanger.

You do tend to get what you pay for, but who knows, give it a go.

visually it looks like an un-believably cheap copy of the current alpine units.

Inside it will be cheap rubbish. The minimum possible technology and made in the cheapest way possible.

They still make profit on the item and that means it must cost £0 to make considering how cheap they are.

The answer is dont, just dont lol

Spend a bit more and get a head unit from a car audio store such as extreme audio or Car audio direct

Slightly OT...I bought an FM transmitter today for my mp3...and stupidly thought that as it's charged by a usb connection that the transmitter would charge it via the cable as it uses the car's 12v socket. Oh how wrong I was. I've still got to charge it up separately unless there's another solution which I've not discovered yet.

Thanks for the replies. I have an iTrip for my iPod so I'll use that for now.
