hi guys

i odered a badgeless grille from super skoda site

which i received today all there items are suppose to be brand new

the item i received it filthy and got a chip on it like its been used

so got to start a complaint procedure

any others had any problems ???

I haven't personally but I've heard from a person who actually visited superskoda.com that this is in fact a small shop with flimsy shed in the backyard. Very little items are on stock, almost everything has to be ordered. This is what I heard, at least.

I purchased the milotec 3 piece front bumper grills.

Very pleased with delivery and quality

I bought a set of bumper vents from them - no issues and quick delivery.

Just email them and explain. I have used massive companies before that are just a office somewhere and they just order direct from the manufacture, even shops dont hold anything now, things are just kept in warehouses. Its how they deal with the problem shows you a good company.

got a email sayin we dnt sell second parts and pretty much telling me where to go

i emailed then bck saying do they want pics but no response

Any update on this? I have seen some nice headlights from that website.....

they pretty much told me they use new parts and not used i replyed saying well this aint new ive got pics and then never replied so god kbows i gave up and fitted it
