Octy 2 1.4TSI ESTATE CAXA Quite uncertain where to enter this question. The keyfob#1 has started to cause serious problems with the car alarm system. So far keyfob#2 is working with no problem. Car alarm starting randomly and only disconnecting the battery helped. Yesterday the alarm kept sounding/flashing even when the engine was running - undrivable. Is there a home cure whereby I can remap/reset the key fob? My very helpful auto sparks is unable to help

One of the scourges of Greek roads are abandoned motorcycles. Some they have suffered major damage and are not being repaired, some because owners have abandoned them because they no longer want them, other they are stolen, etc. The process to be removed from the from the State takes from 3 months to 3 years. Hi I am thinking of getting a Elrok as our first ev replacing or Karoo. Looking at the edition model 85. I wondered if there were any real world views from owner about their experience especially if the first ev owned. Secondly I have been offered an 82kw Elrok from a dealer in stock but another dealer has 84KW available in the next month or so from another. Neigbour with a Fabia Mk4 called me recently, his drivers door and the rear (right) passenger doors were partly open with what looked like a stainless steel rod jamming the two doors in their partly open/closed positions, to make a long story short, it was the door umbrella that apparently had shot out somehow or other and jammed the two doors, he had partially opened the back door to let his dog out I think and had let his own door partially open, or something like that. Hi, It happened twice now that I walked past my parked and locked Mk IV Octavia and I noticed that the infotainment system was on and the radio playing. Anyone had this before? Both times it was on a sunny day, so quite warm inside the car. Is there any way so that the infotainment system can only be switched on with a key present? Car is from Sep 2020 with 1941 software version. Thanks, Peter
