EBC ultimax ones. Come recommended as a good performance "budget" disc for the Cupra R brembo setup. Spent a while reading cupranet before deciding on them.

They do look very nice :)

Wow they look well smart, let us know how they get on!

I just hope there is a 5 x 100 stud pattern in that mass of holes!

What you could of with one of the old discs is make a nice clock out of it.

One of the Guys on Mk5GolfGTi did this with one of his discs and it looks quite good.;)

I could make two of them! :D

Wonder if there is a kit to do that!

Nice one Jase.

What diameter are they. Are they the vRS standard (288mm) Bigger TT ones (312mm) or the standard 1.9TDI diameter (I doubt it with you though)? I should have replaced my discs when I replaced my pads and would have bought EBC Ultimax discs. The TGDs would be too noisy.

I notice the grooves run to the edge of the disc, but on dads Scooby they ended near the edge. I changed them on his and wanted him to try them first to find out any problems. I see, you like most people on here didn't go for EBC Pads. I personally like them but still.

256mm Octavia rear brakes.

The above discs are Cupra R Brembo standard fit - i.e 323mm x 28mm.
