Accident damage, Where to go for Genuine skoda paint?

Featured Replies

Some knobhead reversed into my 55 plate Octy, Diamond Silver metallic damaging the passenger side rear bumper panel and wheel arch. Mostly just scratches but some through to metal. My mate tells me John Clark in Aberdeen are the only Autobody shop who use genuine Skoda paint for repairs but my Insurance company's select repairer in Inverurie Autobody. I contacted Inverurie Autobody who say that is rubbish and they all use the same paint. I am confused. Help!

Any decent bodyshop should be able to match the paint from your paint code. :)

I guess the only genuine Skoda paint comes from Skoda. But only in spraycans I imagine.

Any decent bodyshop will match the paint from the paint code on the vehicle .The only difference between those bodyshops is the dealer bodyshop will more than likely be VW approved .
