Loft Insulation Advice

Hi

I'm after a little bit of advice if anybody could help me, sorry if this is in the wrong area.

Basicly I'd like to insulate between the rafters on my roof as im looking to board out the loft floor.

The problem I have is that there isn't any felt or membrane between the batterns and the tiles.

What can I use? glass fiber wool cut to size, Kingspan type boards or the multi foil insulation?

Do I need to add membrane or waterproofing before the insulation?

What steps do I need to take for adequate ventilation? There is plenty at the moment between the tiles.

The roof is in good condition without any leaks as far as im aware.

Thank's

Joe
