1.9 TDI Y reg.

The Rear n/s door electric windows and central locking not working !:eek:

All other doors OK

Checked the plug inside the rubber, located in the pillar..... seems to be connected fine.

Ideas ?

Earth prob?

Ways of checking it out? thanks

The module that controls the window, also does the locking. It's behind the door card.

I will try to locate that module, wonder if its easy to test it ?

I have a more pressing prob now.

The car runs very well 99% of the time, but on occassion, mostly on very steep hills, power fades. Its as if the turbo isn't cutting in.

Once its happened the only way to clear it is switch the engine off !

sounds like the common prob of sticky veins on the turbo...
