Phew !!!!

Featured Replies

Parking the car in my rather narrow drive last night and managed to clip the wheely bin which was protruding out more than usual and put a very noticable dent in the nearside front wing.

Fortunately I'm not due to pick up my new Octavia until the end of the month and the current car is going for scrappage.

(breathes sigh of relief that it wasn't the new one and makes a mental note to be more careful when it arrives !).

lol I remember when i had my subaru, two months of owning it and i backed it into the bins at work.Still don't know how i managed to do it as was looking back the whole time and could clearly see the bins, next thing was a big thud and i just shouted out ****TTT.Lucky it just scuffed a bit of the paint on the bumber, would be more carefull when you get your new car...

The new Octavia has got rear parking sensors so hopefully hitting (or should that be missing) things when reversing won't be a problem, maybe I should have opted for the front ones too :D
