please help

hi all

i know this may be the 100000 time i post this but this time i really need help,

i have a real problem with my xenon , as it is set too high disturbing the coming cars and not illuminating the road for me

my car is octavia 2009 facelift new shape , after several trial with our dealer here in egypt he finaly checked it and as expected he said it is working very good

but i say no , 1st as i said it is not not illuminating the road for me and bothering coming cars

2nd , i have corner lighting as my xenon is with AFS II , but when turning left or right the ligh is not turning

3rd the auto leveling is not working as adding wait to the rear seats doesnt affect the xenon

the xenon only dance in the begining with the ignition of the car

and as i said the dealer is saying everything is fine, and as i reported before am not under warranty for some issues here in egypt

so finally i have to adjust it myself

i bought few days ago the hex-can cable from ross-tech

i made autoscan today no fault at all

so i tried to adjust the xenon using the method posted here and in VW Golf (1K) Headlight Aim Control (Xenon with AFS) - Ross-Tech Wiki

but unfortunately i tried 3 times but failed to do it

i followed the exact steps

[55 - Xenon Range]

[basic Settings - 04]

Group 001

[Go!]

Activate the Basic Setting.

[ON/OFF/Next]

• The meas. block field now shows "Wait" and should switch to "Adjust Headlights" then (this may take up to 10 seconds).
  
• Adjust the headlights using their manual adjusting screws as referenced against a suitable aiming target.
  

[ON/OFF/Next]

the problem is that when i press Group 001

[Go!]

Activate the Basic Setting.

[ON/OFF/Next]

i get this in the meas block Reg. Position Learned N/A N/A Status

i waited 2 min i never get wait or adjust headlight

then if i press [ON/OFF/Next]

i get error 001 not available

i dont know why or what's wrong am doing

please any one help me

i am using the latest version of vcds 908

i also checked the leveling sensors reading , everything working fine within range and my dynamic headlight corner is 50%

i really dont know what's wrong
