Seat question.

I want to change the passenger seat base frame + the relevant trim so that I can have a height adjustable passenger seat like the driver's one on my ambiente,since my car has got the sound system with the amplifier underneath the passenger seat, is this possible to fit,is there enough clearance ?,don't want to spend a fortune on a seat base only for it not to fit properly.Don't call me obsessed,but I love to sit a tad low,don't feel comfortable in a high driving position,hate higher seated than me passengers at the front and also when looking at the car the seats don't line up obviously due to mine being at the lowest setting .....
